Reliance Communications has announced to sell the Apple iPhone 5 through their stores. Reliance World outlets and Reliance Mobile store will sell the iPhone 5 with a starting price tag Rs 45,500 along with four different billing plans. Both Airtel and Aircel already selling the iPhone 5 in India last November with data plans.
Reliance World will offer 16 GB iPhone 5 for Rs 45,500, 32 GB iPhone 5 for Rs 52,500 and 64 GB iPhone 5 for Rs 59,500 with four different mobile plans along with 3G data connectivity. In addition, iPhone 4S will be available for Rs38,500 for the 16GB model and iPhone 4 will be available for Rs26,500 for the 8GB model.

All these plans are available for all the variants of the iPhone 5 as well as iPhone 4S and iPhone 4. Reliance doesn’t offer free SMS in the plan. The plan would also come with free access to Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp for a period of 3 months.

Apple iPhone 5 comes with 4-inch Retina IPS LCD display and 1.2 GhHz dual-core Apple A6 mobile processor with 1 GB RAM. The display has been constructed using Corning Gorilla Glass technology and has oleophobic coating to resist oily stains. iPhone 5 will get Apple’s latest mobile OS, iOS 7 this fall.
